This property, newly built in a traditional style and finished to a high standard, is excellently situated on the outer boundaries of a rustic village, very popular for its restaurants and cafes and for its proximity to good swimming spots. Besides having all modern amenities and very comfortably furnished, the property comes with its own private pool and mature gardens, a rare combination in a holiday home. The sleeping arrangements are on two floors and cater for at least eight adults; a master bedroom, with unobstructed sea and country views, complete with ensuite facilities and a sofa bed ideal for small children, and two twin bedrooms serviced by an adjacent shared bathroom. An uncommon feature of the house is a stone spiral staircase leading to a double bedroom with an ensuite twin jet family shower. This bedroom enjoys private terraces with spectacular surrounding views. We have also set up a table tennis in the garage.
