The farmhouse is newly built but has been constructed in the style of a traditional Gozitan building, which has an abundance of unique Gozitan characteristics. While the farmhouse has tradition Gozitan characteristics it has been finished to an exceptionally modern and sophisticated standard. On the ground level of the farmhouse there is a living room with a seating area and TV. The dining room comfortably seats eight guests and contains a fireplace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. There is one bedroom with en suite on the ground floor which sleeps three people. There is also one bathroom on this floor. The laundry room is located on the ground floor complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The property has a front garden and an internal yard area. There is also a private cul-de-sac which leads to a pleasant valley and surrounding fields. The private swimming pool is located in the back garden where there are deck chairs, sun beds and sun parasols. There is also a barbeque area outside the house where there is a patio area with a table and seating for five guests. On the first floor there is a landing area as well as are three bedrooms, and a storage room. The main bedroom is complete with en suite and sleeps four people. The other bedrooms sleep two guests in each room. On the second floor there is another bedroom with en suite that sleeps two people. The roof top area is also located on the second floor where there is a barbeque area and a Jacuzzi. Guests can sit here in the shade and dine. The farmhouse has a homely and welcoming atmosphere perfect for family holidays and children. The farmhouse is fully equipped with a playpen, high chair, cot and other necessary items for children. All bedrooms throughout the house are fully air conditioned.
