A 300 year old farmhouse that has been converted into a four bedroom accommodation.  All bedrooms are air-conditioned (optional with coin meter).  There are a total of three bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor.  The old mill room is converted into a large combined kitchen, dining and living room which overlooks the pool and deck. This room has traditional features including a high arched ceiling and the old feeding troughs. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher.  The outdoor space is beautiful and features a large pool surrounded by decking, sun loungers and other outdoor furniture. The back garden has a sofa area where you can enjoy beautiful sea views, a truly peaceful place to be.  Sleeps (8 Adults + 4 Children).

San Lawrenz No.17 is located adjacent to San Lawrenz No.16 and can be rented together for a combined total of 11 bedrooms (Sleeps 30 including Children). A perfect opportunity for large groups, team building events, etc.
