Rates:
- Low Season (November - March) €17 per day
- Mid Season (April - May & October) €22 per day
- High Season (June & September) €26 per day
- Peak Season (July & August) €36 per day

Terms & Conditions:
- Rates are per day and only applicable for a minimum hire of 6 days.
- Less than 3 Days Rental – Rates On Request.
- Above rates are confirmed as long as booking is received at least 2 months prior to the commencement of rental.
- For bookings less than 2 months in advance, rates may vary and final rate is to be confirmed by GFR.
- For rentals of 4 days, an extra charge of 20% is to be added to the above Rates while for rentals of 5 days, 15% is to be added.
- All Rates are Government Tax and Fully Comprehensive Insurance included, subject only to an Excess (self /own risk).
- Excess for all Categories is of EUR 350.00, while for Categories C1+, E, F & G is EUR 583.00, for drivers of 25 years of age and over.
- Excess of EUR 350.00 can be waived off (CDW) for any one damage on the bodywork of the car for an extra charge of EUR 6.00 daily, whilst to waive off EUR 583.00 costs EUR 7.00 extra daily. A minimum charge of EUR 36.00 and EUR 50.00 applies accordingly. A zero excess is subject to terms and conditions.
- For drivers aged between 21-24 years of age, excess is EUR 700.00 for all categories, which can be waived off (CDW) by paying a daily charge of EUR 7.00. A minimum charge of EUR 50.00 applies. A zero excess is subject to terms and conditions.
- Theft Excess of EUR 350.00 can be waived off by paying an extra daily charge of EUR 5.00. A minimum charge of EUR 36.00 applies. A zero excess is subject to terms and conditions.
- If hirer wishes to purchase the extra CDW / Theft Insurance, GFR must be informed prior to rental. Should hirer not purchase extra insurance upon booking, s/he will be liable for the excess amount indicated in case of any damages / theft incurred on the vehicle. Excess can be waived off during the rental period, however any damages incurred before, will not be covered.
- Minimum age allowed: 21 years of age and maximum age allowed: 75 years of age.
- Driving License and credit card details must be presented upon payment and signing of the car hire contract.
- Delivery and Collection on Gozo is included in the rental price, however not applicable for Rental Periods of 3 days or less.
- Delivery and Collection to / from Malta Airport – On request and at an extra charge.
- Delivery and Collection to / from Malta Airport of Jeeps not applicable.
- Unlimited mileage is included in the Rental Price.
- Extra charge of EUR 3.50 per day for more than one Driver.
- Extra charge of EUR 4.00 per day for Child/Baby seat and EUR 2.00 per day for Booster seat. According to Maltese and EU Legislation all children up to the age of 12 should be provided with a child restraint. Age and Weight of the child need to be provided in order to provide the appropriate type of seat. Please see below for different child seat categories.
- Extra charge of EUR 5.00 per day for GPS navigation system.
- If Fuel is not returned back the same level as given, an Admin. Fee of EUR 10.00 will be charged in addition to the amount of Fuel missing.
- Charges will apply if vehicle is found damaged by any diving equipment (not all vehicles can be hired to carry diving equipment).
Child Seats Rates:
According to Maltese and EU Legislation all children up to the age of 12 should be provided with a child restraint. We offer the following types of child seats:
- Rearward-Facing Baby Seat / Carrier (From Birth to 6 Months / 1 Year) (0 – 10Kg) €4.00
- Forward-Facing Baby Seat (From 6 Months / 1 Year to 3 / 4 Years (10 – 18Kg) €4.00
- High-Back Booster Seat with Harness (From 3 / 4 Years to 6 Years) (18 – 25Kg) €2.00
- Booster Seat Cushion (From 6 Years to 12 Years) (25 – 36Kg) €2.00
